You can book before arranging new tests. Bring any recent results you have. Dr. Ty decides which tests are useful and when they are needed, including tests required before a particular treatment. When she orders labs, the practice sends an order. Confirm your chosen laboratory accepts it and check your expected cost.
Discuss your preferred pharmacy with the practice. The team can help with prescription coverage requests when appropriate, but insurance approval, pharmacy availability, and out-of-pocket costs vary. The physician visit, medication, and laboratory charges are separate.

You and Dr. Ty decide on meaningful follow-up based on your care. There is no required membership or automatic visit schedule. Ask about the expected plan and costs during your appointment.
No. As Dr. Ty says, “HRT is not one size fits all.” Your physician visit is where you discuss symptoms, medical history, benefits, risks, and appropriate options. The nurse introduction explains the practice and scheduling.
Bring those results and your concerns to your physician visit. Dr. Ty discusses why symptoms and history matter alongside any testing. Normal hormone results do not answer every question about perimenopause, and your physician may evaluate other causes of symptoms.
Tell Dr. Ty what you tried and how it affected you. In her masterclass, she emphasizes that responses vary and understanding the different options matters. A different plan may or may not be appropriate after an individual evaluation.
