Our website provides educational content about menopause, hormone, and metabolic care, and information for scheduling a telehealth visit with Dr. Zuleikha Tyebjee, MD. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our website, you represent that you are 18 or older.

3. Scheduling and Payment

Visits are scheduled through our booking partner, Tebra. Each visit is $150, billed after the visit takes place. There is no membership, subscription, package, or enrollment, and no account or login is required to book a visit.

4. Communications Consent

By providing your email address or phone number on our website, you consent to receive communications from us, including:

  • Educational emails related to our care and services
  • Follow-up communications regarding a question you sent or a visit you asked about
  • SMS/text messages if you have provided your phone number and opted in

You may opt out of email communications at any time by clicking "unsubscribe." You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP.

All content on this website — including our care approach, articles, condition guides, question lists, copy, and design — is the intellectual property of Dr. Zuleikha Tyebjee, MD and Mindful Medical Weight Loss.
